SIGNALMENT: 11-year-old Quarter Horse gelding used for local shows and State Fair. HISTORY: LF lameness and previous diagnosis of navicular disease. Relevant General Information: Owner was using the horse for local western pleasure shows and noticed worsening LF lameness in October 2014. No known precipitating event. Prior Veterinary/Non-Veterinary Evaluation History: Navicular disease was diagnosed in 2014 by another veterinarian with a standard lameness exam and radiographs. Duke has received chiropractic treatments by a veterinarian once or twice per year. Prior Imaging: Standard foot radiographs.
