Signalment: 10-year old OTTB gelding, low-level hunter, 2nd field fox hunter, trail rider, ultimately presented for hind lameness. History: The horse was purchased 18 months prior to presentation. Prior to purchase, he was used for a couple years as a mid-level hunter. Currently ridden 4-5 times a week, in moderate work. Relevant Pre-purchase Findings: March 2016, general physical exam unremarkable. No palpable effusions or swellings. Mild soreness through withers. Rads: Mild R>L TMTJ/DITJ OA, moderate positive RH spavin flexion, mild LH spavin flexion, mild RH digit flexion, in hind wedges. Very mild RH hip hike at straight trot...
