Dr. Bueno is a native of Brazil and he received his Veterinary Degree (MV) in 1992 from Unoeste University.  He had two year’s experience in equine private practice before completing one year internship in Equine Medicine & Surgery at Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1995. Following his internship, Dr. Bueno completed a Master’s of Science (MS) degree at LSU in 1998. Additionally, he completed one year Large Animal Fellowship at Oregon State University (OSU) in 1999, and immediately after his fellowship Dr. Bueno completed a three year Equine Surgery Residency Program at University of California (UC-Davis) in 2002.
